Our award-winning Cheese is always dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order Monday to Thursday but allow 1-2 working days over the weekend. Once this is processed, the order will be dispatched for next day delivery with Parcel Force. Cut off for next day delivery is 12pm.

You can also request a specific day to ensure you can take delivery, at checkout and we will do our upmost to ensure we deliver.

Your order will be delivered by our delivery partners Parcel Force.  With Parcel Force, you will receive an SMS telling you the specific hour your order will be delivered, be able to see detailed tracking on Google Maps - meaning you will always know where your order is. Parcel Force also have an app for even more information and to track your driver to ensure you have live updates.

Delivery Costs:

We charge £5.95 for delivery to mainland UK.

Orders to Northern Ireland are £16.99 for Two-Day Delivery.

Returns and Refund policy:

With our high quality, award winning cheese and brilliant courier service partner, we expect that you will receive your orders on time, or early and maintaining the quality we stand for. 

If no one is in and you have not left delivery instruction, the Parcel Force driver will leave in a safe place but if they cannot deliver within 24 hours due to issues with the address or delivery, the product must be disposed of due to health and safety.

Every order is carefully inspected and double checked prior to delivery.

If for any reason, in an unlikely eventuality that there is a problem with your order, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by email or phone and we will action dependent on the outcome you prefer, whether this be a replacement or refund.

We may request you return the item(s) to us in original, complete, and undamaged packaging. If the item has not been returned to us in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Upon any problems and provided you have informed us within 24 hours, we will investigate the issue within a further 24 hours from the notification.

Please note, proof of any damages would be investigated.

If there is a mistake with the order, whether it be missing a product or an incorrect product or incorrect contact/delivery details – we can certainly investigate this and ensure the details match the initial order.
